Our team comprises David Jones and Sara Westwood who have over 30 years experience between them.
We handle cases across the entire spectrum but there are areas of medicine where clinical errors affect the elderly more than other sections of the population:
- Delay in diagnosis of a condition or illness
- Mistreatment/lack of care
- Failure to properly treat a condition/illness
- Injuries caused by falls due to a failure to properly monitor or observe a patient
David and Sara are happy to provide advice, free of charge, for a maximum of 30 minutes. This can be a face to face meeting or over the telephone if you prefer.
During the free of charge session we can discuss funding options with you which include the following:

- Legal Expenses Insurance (it is worth checking your building/contents insurance policy as many nowadays have legal cover within them)
